Lot 15 is the latest addition to the list of properties in Subang Jaya, launched in November 2017. A development by Sime Darby, it is located in the heart of the Subang Jaya City Centre, rubbing shoulders with homes and buildings of both old and new, providing a new definition to convenience.

The development consists of two 30-storey tower blocks, housing a total of 361 serviced residence units. There are a total of 7 layouts for prospects to choose from, with built-ups ranging from 624 sf to 1,001 sf. Prices of the units range from RM593,888 to RM1,009,888. Units here average 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for small families, working adults and students who make up quite a large composition within the area.

Lot 15 has quite a complete list of facilities, enough to satisfy most of one’s daily needs and wants, all conveniently located within the facilities floor. Residents will be able to enjoy a cool dip in the infinity lap pool and wading pools, while those looking for some relaxation can use the jacuzzi that is nearby. Residents will also be able to take a stroll around the landscaped garden, which also houses a reflexology park. In addition to that, various spaces are also allocated for a laundrette, nursery room and games room, all for convenience sake. Other facilities include a gymnasium, sauna and changing room, barbecue area and a children’s playground.

Proudly carrying the 47500 postcode, Lot 15 will also be able to enjoy the perks of numerous amenities in the township and areas surrounding it. Within walking distance are Subang Parade, Subang Avenue, and the Empire Shopping Gallery, a fraction of Subang’s well known shopping centres where tenants can go get their retail therapy fixed.

Furthermore, the SS15 township is also nearby, filled with various restaurants, cafes, service centres, workshops and more. INTI International College Subang Jaya and Taylor's University are also nearby, investors can even consider converting their units to be student accommodations.

Lot 15 will also have easy access from a number of major highways in the Klang Valley, which includes the Federal Highway, the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), and the KESAS Highway.     No doubt there's a popular hotspot for teenagers/ middle age people to hang out with the numbers of hipster cafes, foods and abit of entertainment. Plenty of housing and development there whereby its nearing the shah alam /glenmarie side.
