Hijauan Enklaf is a low-density luxury residence located in the centre of Alam Nusantara in Setia Alam, Selangor. A development by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), the project consists of only 19 exclusive units, in which 9 are bungalows and 10 are semi-detached homes. The residence was completed in 2016, and reverberates an air of exclusivity and class.

The bungalow units have a built-up size of 6,229 sf to 7,528 sf, while the semi-detached units are sized from 5,202 sf onwards. Within the units, tenants will get a private lift for easy movement throughout their homes. The bungalows come with an added advantage, with an infinity pool installed at the units’ top floor, overlooking the semi-detached homes and greenery.
