Plaza Ivory is formerly known as University Place or U-Place, a luxury high rise development in Bukit Gambier. The developer used the TAC System Formwork for this project which resulted in a positive reception from the public as this meant that the construction work was more durable, and accuracy and consistency were high in its dimensions and that the structures were perfectly aligned, horizontally and vertically. The development, which comes with a maintenance fee of between RM110 and RM120 per month, is also strategically located with good accessibility to other parts of Penang.
