TTDI Segaris is one of the latest developments in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail by NAZA TTDI. The development is a serviced apartment which will feature the very first duplex-dominant residence in the township. The 28-storey tower will house 185 residential units, of which 153 units are duplex units, and the remaining 28 are standard units. The project is estimated to be completed in June 2020.

Within the serviced residence, there are a wide variety of layouts with built-ups from 721 sf to 1,464 sf. The units will have at least 1 bedroom, up to 3 bedrooms. Not only the units come in variety, there are also a myriad of facilities provided in TTDI Segaris, divided into Lifestyle, Family and Neighbourhood zones.

Within the Lifestyle zone, there are resort-like facilities such as an infinity pool, a pool deck, a sun deck and a sky gym. Other than that, the Family zone provides facilities for both children and parents, such as multi-purpose spaces, a children’s playground, and a public surau. The Neighbourhood zone will see a landscaped garden on the rooftop which every residents can enjoy.

One of the key highlights of the serviced residence is its location. The development will rub shoulders with both new and old amenities. One of the nearest shopping centres is the Glo Damansara shopping mall, where entertainment outlets and grocery stores can be found. Further down the road tenants will also be able to find the Tropicana City Mall, While in Bandar Utama, which is just a short drive away, there is the well-known 1 Utama shopping centre. Furthermore, Taman Rimba Kiara is also within a small radius, where residents can go for some recreational activities.

TTDI Segaris can be easily accessed via the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), SPRINT Highway and the Damansara Link. With these routes, tenants can also reach other townships like Subang Jaya, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya and Puchong. Alternative transportation options can be found here as well if driving is not an option. Within walking distance is a bus station, as well as the TTDI Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station.
