Avara Seputeh with its iconic address on the stretch of Old Klang Road, is Ba Sheng Sdn Bhd’s debut of commercial development in Malaysia. Being its maiden project, Avara Seputeh, a boutique serviced residence designed comfortably for young executives and small families, is slated for completion by July 2020.

Apart from that, it is also neighbouring educational institutions such as Vikas International School and University Malaya, along with health care centres such as the UM Specialist and Medical Centre.
