Desa Satu is a low cost apartment located in Kepong, located deep within the residential areas backing a forest. The most common complaints that can be heard from residents of this apartment is that a large majority of the tenants consists of migrants, where in 2009 a major fight broke out between the residents and approximately 50 Nigerian students over a TV channel at a restaurant of which the arrival of the police prevented further hostilities. Further complaints included grouses about Nigerian couples showing their affection in public, of which the residents at Desa Satu were highly uncomfortable with.
