Seri Anggun is one of the many condominiums located within the busy street of Jalan Ipoh, just by the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE). Surrounded by various residential landed and high rise properties, Seri Anggun is a relatively quiet place to live in.
There was however much uproar in the news in the year 2005 before the building of the highway, where many residents protested against the building of the DUKE highway as they feared for their health; for there was apparently a breach in the guidelines on the distance of the residential areas and the highway.
