Security has improved over the years. Maintenance maintained.
One condo where you can walk or hangout around the compound, whereby in the morning and evening you can see people, family, children... makes you feel there is live! Lol.
There is an incomplete gym, cafe - no pork served, 7 swimming pools - one of each block and one next to the cafe, convenient store which also supply kitchen/cooking gas just a call away and will be sent to you within 20 minutes.

1 yr ago, used to rent it to the Negro tenant, but now the management has stricten the rules to the owner on the tenant. The place is mostly occupied by a family.

Strategic location with amenities available i.e shopping malls etc. However due to high density of the place; it has became a hub of rental for students and foreigners. Situation became worse over the last few years where you see more foreigners staying here. A... 更多
condo is a community where we preserve to stay. With such high rent outs open to everybody; maintenance has became lacklustre. Things can only can better if the management tighten the regularities.
