E'island Lake Haven Residence is a 19-acre development by Gabungan AQRS Bhd. While some quarters have raised concerns regarding the possible use of reclaimed land for properties in the area, the developer has clarified that E’island Lake Haven Residence is built on existing land, avoiding issues such as land subsidence.
Finally, it’s worth noting that Puchong has been hailed by industry analysts as one of Klang Valley’s prime growth hotspots as development trends southward, supported by the proliferation of routes such as the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS), Maju Expressway (MEX), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), SKVE and the KL-Seremban Highway.
