E'island Lake Haven Residence is a 19-acre development by Gabungan AQRS Bhd. Gabungan AQRS shares that the project’s four residential blocks are aligned to provide afternoon shading for its lakefront facilities. In terms of connectivity, the development sits off the junction of the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) and South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) in Puchong. As such, it is blessed with amenities, as Bandar Puteri Puchong is just a 15-minute drive away, while Cyberjaya and Putrajaya are 20 minutes away.

In addition, plenty of shopping malls and hypermarkets (IOI Mall, Alamanda Shopping Centre, Aeon Big and Tesco Extra) and education centres (Taylor’s International School, Multimedia University, Kingsley International School and Rima International College) are located within 10 km from the project.

While some quarters have raised concerns regarding the possible use of reclaimed land for properties in the area, the developer has clarified that E’island Lake Haven Residence is built on existing land, avoiding issues such as land subsidence.

Finally, it’s worth noting that Puchong has been hailed by industry analysts as one of Klang Valley’s prime growth hotspots as development trends southward, supported by the proliferation of routes such as the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS), Maju Expressway (MEX), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), SKVE and the KL-Seremban Highway. This positions E’island Lake Haven Residence as a strategic choice for both home seekers and investors.
