Desiran Bayu is located at the far end of Puchong, in Puchong Prima. The development is set on Malay Reserve land, and is under a leasehold tenure. Developed by LBS Bina Group Sdn Bhd, it will house 598 units that are made up of double-storey terrace, cluster-link, and semi-detached units. The double-storey terrace units have a built up of 1,280 sf, has 4 bedrooms, 1 extra room and 3 bathrooms. Priced at RM470,000 onwards, it is the smallest and the cheapest unit on sale. The double-storey cluster link houses, on the other hand, have 2 different layouts, namely Type A and Type B, which are 1,742 sf and 1,725 sf respectively. Both units have similar number of rooms as the terrace units, but is priced at RM660,000. The largest unit in the gated and guarded Desiran Bayu is the double storey semi-detached unit, sized at 2,194 sf. The unit is priced from RM880,000 onward, and has 4 bedrooms, 2 extra rooms and 4 bathrooms. Desiran Bayu has a small set of facilities, revolving around the lake that acts as a border to other residences. Other than that, IOI Mall and Tesco Bandar Puchong are also within the vicinity. Other townships that residents can visit for more amenities include Sepang, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. Desiran Bayu can be easily accessed via the ELITE Highway, which also links to Maju Expressway (MEX), hence creating convenient routes to places like the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Other highways that residents will be able to access include the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and the KESAS Highway.
