Ehsan Residence is a beautiful new development that is to grace the spacious and green landscapes of Sepang. Touting and upmarket living lifestyle, Ehsan Residence is a product of a lesser known developer by the name of Ehsan Plant & Property Sdn Bhd. This project is estimated to be completed at the end of 2017 in December. Ehsan Residence is a product that holds much appeal for those who live in the outskirts of the city as it is within proximity to the government seat of Putrajaya, the MSC status township of Cyberjaya and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA 2. With its excellent connectivity, Kajang is only 35 minutes away, and KLIA, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya is between 15 and 25 minutes away. While getting to the city centre of Kuala Lumpur will take 45 minutes, the route is a smooth and easy one.
