Emery is located in Kemensah, Ampang, and it is part of a plan by Titijaya to refurbish the area best known for its scenic views of green. Now, prospects can enjoy luxury and be close to nature. The residential area is of low density, with only 52 units on sale. There is only one type of home category being offered at the moment, which is 3-storey semi-detached units. The units has a minimum built-up of 3,946 sf. The homes are priced from RM2,200,000 to RM3,980,000, and will have 5 bedrooms, 1 extra room and 6 bathrooms. One unit will be able to fit 3 cars in its front porch. There are a number of facilities provided for tenants of Emery, one of which is a clubhouse where they can have social gatherings. The nearest major highway that the residential area has access to is the Kuala Lumpur Second Middle Ring Road (MRR2), which links to the city centre via the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH). There will also be the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Highway (SUKE) that is currently in the works, which will link tenants, via the MRR2, to other major highways such as the KL-Seremban Highway (LEKAS) and the KESAS Highway.
