Laman Dillenia is a landed residential area located in Taman Semarak, Nilai. According to some of the residents here, it is estimated that 95% of the community within the neighbourhood are Malays. For public transport commuters, Taman Semarak Taxi Station and Nilai Terminal are around 5 minutes away. Other than that, one can also opt going to the Batang Benar or Nilai KTM stations.
