Taman Belibis is a residential neighbourhood located in Simpang Ampat, Seberang Perai. It comprises residential properties like freehold single-storey and double-storey terrace houses, in addition to double-storey shop lots on the outer edge of the neighbourhood. As the neighbourhood is just adjacent to Jalan Permatang Tinggi, the federal trunk road passing through Simpang Ampat, transportation is very convenient, be it by the Rapid Penang buses 801 and 802, or by cars. The neighbourhood’s location no doubt contributes to the business of the shops here, as they can be seen from the main road. The Second Penang Bridge is just about 15km from Taman Belibis, giving residents access to even more industrial areas on the mainland, as well as more shopping, food and beverage, and recreational facilities.
