Floris @ Setia EcoHill is one of two types of superlink houses in the Setia EcoHill development. First launched in 2013, the master development is situated on a freehold land parcel of over 670 acres in Semenyih, Selangor. When it is fully complete, Setia EcoHill is poised to become a self-contained township with facilities for working, studying, playing – and of course, for living. The built-up sizes of the 82 Floris superlink units start from 2,563 sf. They are divided into two types – B1 and B2, each with 4+2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and separate wet and dry kitchens.
