Targeted to complete in mid-2018, the houses have a generous built-up size starting from 1,875 sf, and come with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making them suitable for families. The layout of the houses is simple and uncomplicated, with a large open space on the ground floor consisting of the living and dining areas, separated from the kitchen by a wall and doorway.
