One Residences is another excellent product from the established developers of Akisama Group. Backed by an excellent portfolio of both residential and commercial developments in the Klang Valley, the Akisama Group is known for their projects of good location and their ability to deliver their projects on time, resulting in many of their developments being sold out before even its launch. One Residences is another one of their developments which is expected to follow in the footsteps of its predecessors. Every unit will also come with an LCD Smart Visual Intercom handset for residents to screen guests at the guardhouse itself. Built to indulge its residents, One Residences comes with a full set of facilities inclusive of an adult pool and children’s pool. There will also be a nursery for toddlers, a saloon, mini market and multipurpose hall. A cafeteria will also be available on the grounds of One Residences, as will a launderette. Beautifully designed to cater to the typical family, One Residences is many buyers’ idea of the perfect home. An added privilege to buyers of One Residences is the free 2-year maintenance fee upon completion concession that comes with the sales package.
