RM600k unit is not that 'atas'. I would say 'atas' would be more for Mont Kiara kind of condos at about 1.2 - 2 mil above. I would say this is more middle class.

Yes, agree on the Mont Kiara part which is a more "Atas" area. The higher floor you stay, the more expensive as well.

Traffic in Puchong is horrendous!!! This is in Puchong South. Is it near where 16 Sierra is?
