Hi @domng the land area for the compound is about 3 acre. So we are looking at density of less than 60 unit per acre

@JohnL Hi JohnL. For size 1152 sqft is priced from RM 608k. However, kindly be informed that smallest unit is fully booked and we left with size 1285 as smallest available size now.

@domng Hi Domng. I do wish all unit is priced the same but there is some incremental for each floor thus the psf price will increase for each floor as well

May i know how much is the maintenance cost? Because low density always my choice, but the maintenance is killing me slowly.

@domng yea exactly, and some of the developer did separated maintenance for car park from the maintenance fees.

@windzneom the maintenance fee is rm0.30 psf inclusive of sinking fund. The parking which is the accessories parcel are also being considered in the unit psf itself
