Hi, would like to know can we still stamp a 6-month rental tenancy? Meaning tenant only renting for 6 months.

I believe the norm is to collect 2 months deposit and 1 month rental.

If tenant really only renting for 6 months without any extension.

Can try to get the tenant to pay upfront the 6 months rental?

for government, they dont care. they calculate as one year
