Mah Sing this project suitable invest?? i survey the location is very convenient, but have 3k more unit, is very high density condominum, the price not cheap... if need to invest is worth the price?? is easy looking the tenant at that side???

I will recommend u can check does rental income can cover the monthly installment, u will know does it worth for invest.

If you are looking for high rental yeild,

Try look for some Hotel Concept Investment project. Rental Yeild is about 8%- 13%.

M vertica has been spending a lot in their marketing and promotions. Have been getting spammed by them by msg, email and etc. For ROI, dont think it is worth it. If for own stay then maybe yes.

U can take it as your investment reference.

Yes , I been go there take a look , the location quite convenience , is a strategy place . But very high density , if can't get the Tenant , I have to own stay .... Hahaha

i dont think its a good investment coz of the enormous density. It will be quite difficult to get a tenant with so many units available. Even if you can find a tenant, the chances of the rental being low is very high since the supply is so great. However, if by chance the demand is greater than the supply, then high rental yield is possible

currently like these mkt, all location is over supply dy, tenants have a lot choice to compare it! no more good return anymore.

em, i agreed you mr David, so a lot of agent use to say project is more easy to make income, even though some company with not to mention company name, they gift car name bez or BM,i saw alot of in facebook agent company,and they show per month income is RM50K to RM100K said that easy, do youu think this true??

@raintan_7  hi ms. rain, of course only 1% of property agent like u can earn high paid income :) but in this sentiment mkt now still got high comm high income, that project I wont buy in instead costing added in... just my opinion la....
