When should i know i should invest?
There is always a easy formula for me to decide whether investment or not.
Formula of Invest is :
Monthly Installment < Positive Rental Income
Example :
When u are buying a property RM 500,000, Your monthly installment will be RM 2,500.
The monthly rental was RM 1,500. I will give up for the property investment.
ALWAYS INVEST WITH POSITIVE INCOME, Not Negative Income.
Advise on increases monthly rental :
1st Focus on property which nearby college and university, separates rooms and beds to get higher rental.
2nd Do Airbnb
3rd Consideration of Co Working Space concept
4th Looking for Proper Guarantee Rental Return Project. ( The Points is Proper, not GRR Project without any hotel experience)
