Hi Daniel, current tenanted at rental rm550 only due to owner has no contract with the tenant few years d. Current market for Barr unit is rm650-700. The tenant has been get informed to move out once the unit been sold to new buyer if they can't pay for this rate rental. No any special furnishing is just basic unit.
