With the onslaught of  e-commerce activities in the real estate industry , there is a worrying & growing trend thru many platforms which  bring owners and clients together without the engagement of agency. What do you have to say about such arrangement ? 

HOW DO YOU EDUCATE VENDOR/LANDLORD & PURCHASER/TENANT THAT IT IS BETTER TO ENGAGE AN AGENCY TO ACT ON THEIR BEHALF IN ALL THEIR TRANSACTIONS?

actually it is quite optional for the owner as well as the tenant/buyer. If they want fast and easier work, ofcourse engaging us will be the first choice, but however, they need to bear our fees. So it's still depends on themself
