I'm not sure is it called mesahill but it's a new development in nilai. There will be the first cinema in Nilai and it's just near to this property development. Anyone has more insight about this development?

The Phase 3 Mesahill Nilai come in 2 sizes -450sqft and 710 sq ft. The prices start from RM237K for 450sft and RM 347K for 710 sq ft. This is before the 6% discount. The special package come with 3 units of Air Con, 1 unit water heater ( 2 units for 710 sft), 1 car park, Free legal fees for loan and SPA, 1 kitchen cabinet, 2 wardrobes. Booking fees is RM 3000 which is refundable if loan rejected.

There are currently 20K students surrounding Nilai universities/colleges and the next 2 years the number will be increased to 30K students which create the demand for student accommodation. Xiamen University in Salak Tinggi which is 10 mins away from Nilai ,will add to the student population.

Mesahill is going to built a shopping mall and all the established F&B outlets with Cinemas. Coming soon next is the AEON Mall in Nilai which is one of biggest AEON Mall in Malaysia.

The developer is reputable and BCI award winning -Green Target Group which had completed their Greenhill project( bungalows and semi D houses ) in Shah Alam and Semenyih ( 64 units of semi D factories).

The Mesahill Nilai project will be completed in year 2018. The units are taken up very fast especially when the AEON Mall is confirmed located in Nilai which is less than 10 minutes away from Mesahill.

Hi tsding, is this part of a township? I know Nilai got a lot of different townships now. Is this part of one? Because I heard an agent tell me before that if the place is developed by one developer it will be better appreciation.
