My budget is about RM500k~ looking for sub sale. Prefer more quiet location, with easy access to groceries and etc. 

Not sure which locations or buildings to look at. Looking for area with simple/straightforward access to areas like Jaya One, Uptown, Bangsar, One Utama, Mid Valley.
