Happy customers walked away with smiles on their faces as they left The People’s Property Expo with their dream homes’ booking forms in their hand. Featuring over a dozen of Malaysia’s most prominent developers, the people’s choice of developers offered a plethora of properties in all types and sizes - condominiums, villas, terrace homes, and more!
The event kicked off on Friday morning with the official inauguration ceremony by YBM Senator Dato’ Raja Kamarul Bahrin Ibni Raja Ahmad Baharuddin Shah, the Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government Malaysia; Tan Sri Vincent Lee, Chairman of Idea River Run Group; Samantha Tan, Co-Founder of PropSocial; Tony Yeoh, Head of Sales for RHB Bank; and Andrew Jong, Head of Mortgage & Strategy Planning of Hong Leong Bank.
Throughout The People’s Property Expo were several highlights such as Jason Leong’s comedy show, Jessie Lee’s informative and beneficial feng shui talk, and Yoon’s engaging hosting session. Not only that, but KidZania was also there with fun kids activities prepared, and back-to-back talks from renowned speakers on property investment, the property market, and even the new Malaysian government.
Of course, the ultimate highlight of the day belonged to the Lucky Draw session at night, where those who bought properties were eligible to join and stand a chance to win exciting prizes such as a 65” TV, hood & hobs, Hunter Douglas’ customized blinds, and more! Regular visitors were also not left out, as complementary vacuums were given away to a lucky few too.
As The People’s Property Expo closes to an end, the PropSocial team is definitely pleased to see happy customers leaving our expo as well as the fruit of our labour being paid off.
