@henry Yes you can. you cannot act a real estate negotiator nor real estate agent role as stated in the Malaysia Estate Agency Standard but as an observer or coordinator role in the real estate agency.  In general, you cannot conduct any activities which with intention of rent/sale/lease on behalf of any parties provided you are the owner of the said property.
