anyone here know about the process and cost to convert Bumiputera unit convert to non bumiputera unit for sale?

Pay back the difference of bumi discount to developer, then they will open the bumi lot restriction. This idea suggested by one of the developer, you might need to discuss with them first about the idea. 

For Freehold title will be of normal process as Non-Bumi because no consent from state government is required .

If Leasehold title , whereby consent from state government is required when Bumi lot selling to Non-Bumi , whereby most cases the 1st submission is usually being rejected & need to resubmit for approval . If Owner can write in a letter to appeal then it would speed up the process a bit . But usually take at least 6 to 9 months for the whole selling process
