1st RM 500k is 1%

2nd 500k is 0.8%

Next RM2mil is 0.7%

If Common lawyer purchaser pay the spa fees and vendor only need to pay for consent and other disbursement. If both represented by each lawyer, then vendor have to pay the fees

The purchaser bear the strata title transfer fees
