Too all homeowners, as you all know that HOC campaign is ending soon. What will you think would happen to the property market after this? Will there be an extension to HOC?

Of course we wish the HOC promo will continue indefinitely....

@carmenfoong haha hopefully able to continue as it benefits buyers, but I heard on same cases that developer had many bookings but also a high amount of cancellation also due to loan eligibility. So not sure if good or bad in the long run for developers.

ya ma, our property prices have sky rocketted, almost impossible to buy a property for the average joe out there, have to ask for mama papa to sponsor

Market will still slow as usual for this year. Many factors do affect on this. But mainly is current avg price is consider higher vs avg household income. Need time to stabilize. Yet another booster campaign from government will be welcome to soothen the market

The HOC program duration by the Government is now extended. Announced in the TV news yesterday night. Buyers who missed the opportunity can now proceed with the purchase of new properties they want.

It will end in 31th Dec 2019
