The launch of the "Bridge Dreams" is symbolic as it represents a grand welcome to those visiting Eco Grandeur.
Last week, Eco World Development Group Bhd’s (EcoWorld Malaysia) largest township in the Klang Valley dubbed Eco Grandeur, reached a significant milestone via the opening of its “Bridge of Dreams”.
The event was graced by EcoWorld Malaysia chairman Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin and officiated by Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin bin Shari.
This marks the start of a new chapter for Eco Grandeur as the township prepares to welcome its pioneer residents; the proud owners of Phase 1 of its terraced garden homes christened Graham Garden and Avenham Garden, offering a total of 1,824 units that will be handed over in early October this year.
Arriving at Eco Grandeur, the “Bridge of Dreams” takes you across a “Dragonfly Lake” and offers a stunning introduction to the modern Victorian-influenced architecture that reflects the built environment in the township.
With a length of 200m and width of 28m, the bridge also serves as an ideal vantage point to take in scenic garden views of the 62-acre town park, dubbed the “Dragonfly Park”.

The bridge is flanked by two iconic towers in the middle of the bridge standing tall at 16m (5-storeys), truly a difficult to miss landmark for the northwest corridor as it looks like a lantern lighting up the night sky to warmly welcome residents and visitors alike.
“We are excited to move forward with the next phase of Eco Granduer’s growth as a township and look forward to receiving our first residents here soon,” said EcoWorld Malaysia President & CEO Dato’ Chang Khim Wah.
Those interested to be part of the green-expanse, Eco Grandeur will be soon introducing a new phase of landed called Regent Garden, comprised of a series of garden homes infused with Victorian aesthetics, blended with a modern sensibility.
Instead of featuring regular parks, Regent Garden boasts camping grounds, allowing its proud future owners to get closer to nature, romping around expansive spaces, taking in the fresh air and basking in the sunshine aside from gazing at a star-studded sky after watching magnificent sunsets every day. The 24ft by 55ft Regent Garden parcel is now open for registration.
