Now in its 7th consecutive year, Gravit8 is back with its fun run initiative that is still going strong. The 5km run is targeted to take place on the 17th of November 2019 at Gravit8, Klang South (GRAVIT8 Sales Gallery on Waze, Jalan Bayu Laut/KS 9 Kota Bayuemas, Pendamar 41200 Klang, Selangor).
Seeing that the love and fan following for superhero comics and movies have always been a huge crowd puller, Mitraland Group (Mitraland) has decided to jump on the bandwagon and host a HERO themed run, this year.
This is the developer’s second year collaborating with four schools within Klang which includes; SJKC Pandamaran B, SJKC Pin Hwa 1, SJKC Wu Teck and SRJKT Ladang Highlands.
Via the fun run, Mitraland pledges to contribute the equivalent sum of registration fees collected. The funds collected by the schools, on the other hand, will be channelled to each individual school itself. This means if more participants register, the schools will stand a better chance to receive a larger donation sum.
Registration for the 5km fun run is now open. Similar to the previous years, those interested to take part will be required to pay a registration fee of either RM15 (for children aged 7 - 15) or RM30 for adults (16 and above).
Registrants will receive a run t-shirt, finisher medal as well as a certificate of participation. The registration period began on the 5th August and will last until the 4th November 2019, however, registration will be closed once the participation count hits the 3,000 mark.
