Laman Lakeside, a project by Sime Darby Property Bhd (SDPB) in Bandar Bukit Raja, recorded a 72% take-up rate during its launch last month.

The project, a low-density development of 24 semi-detached homes, is part of SDPB’s Spotlight 8 campaign and the second residential product launched within the month of July at this township after Kyra, a freehold double-storey link homes project, launched on July 13, 2019. Kyra achieved an overwhelming take-up rate of 86% to date.

Laman Lakeside, located in the award-winning integrated and self-contained township of Bandar Bukit Raja in Klang, comprises 24 units of freehold double-storey semi-detached homes located along the waterfront with a built up area from 3,106 sf, priced from RM1.5 million.

Designed for space, comfort and flexibility, the homes are equipped with alarm systems, located within an enclave for privacy with a single entrance & exit and located in a secure community.

SDPB’s general manager Mohd Idris Abdullah said that launching a property starting from RM1.5 million is a bold move, especially for Bandar Bukit Raja which is known for its affordable to mid-range priced products.

“But response we received shows that demand exists for luxury homes at the township. We know that this is due to the exceptional living experience offered by Bandar Bukit Raja and its connectivity to key locations around the Klang Valley,” he said.

The homes also incorporate the BBR Home Design Principles that creates liveable homes with natural ventilation and lighting, in harmony with nature and a multi-generational living concept.

The Spotlight 8 campaign features four new freehold property launches, three landed and one strata development, in strategic locations within the Klang Valley and weekend Superdeals, where special sales package will be offered on a wide range of selected properties in the townships.

The campaign runs from July 13 to Sept 29, 2019, with Superdeals and New Launches happening every weekend throughout the campaign period.
