Alstonia offers 31 expansive three-storey superlink homes as well as 214 highrise units that are quickly being snapped up by prospective homebuyers.

Last Friday, MRCB Land announced that its Alstonia Hilltop Homes development had received a positive response from buyers with a take-up rate that stands at 30% after its official launch on May 2019.

Alstonia Hilltop Homes (Alstonia) is an oasis of both nature and urban offerings designed according to the natural contours of an exclusive enclave of Bukit Rahman Putra in Selangor.

The project consists of two property types, namely Garden Villas and Garden Heights, making up a total freehold area of 4.11 acres.

Alstonia is a low-density development with a Garden Villas parcel offering only 31 units of three-storey 24 ft x 75 ft superlink homes, while it’s Garden Heights’ parcel features a 24-storey residential building encasing a limited number of 214 units with layout configurations ranging between 1,000 sf and 1,400 sf.

MRCB Land chief executive officer Raymond Cheah said, “Alstonia’s take-up rate at 30% with a sales value of RM70mil within four months of launch indicates that it is on a positive track. We have set a sales target of RM100mil by year-end for Alstonia.”

MRCB Land chief operating officer Chin Chew Fan added, “Alstonia is a strategically located, gated and guarded development, with access to multiple major highways.

There are also MRT feeder buses to transport commuters to the nearby Sg. Buloh MRT station which is approximately 10 minutes away. This service provides absolute convenience to its’ residents.”

Alstonia has a total GDV of approximately RM250mil and the project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023. Currently, MRCB Land is offering attractive sales packages for Alstonia in conjunction with the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) until the end of December 2019.

Apart from updates on Alstonia, Yayasan MRCB trustees Datin Jasmine Abdullah Heng, Jamaludin Zakaria and Datuk Shamrat Sen Gupta announced the collected amount from Malaysia’s largest Coin-Bank Donation Drive initiated on 6 July 2019.

The donation drive was organised in conjunction with MRCB Land’s Carnival Fun-Tasia’s customers’ appreciation event. At the carnival, the 12-feet Giant Elephant Coin-Bank made it into Malaysia Book of Records as the Largest Animal Coin-Bank in Malaysia.

Jamaludin Zakaria said, “We are truly grateful to those who have contributed to the Coin-Bank donation drive, which will be used to help underprivileged children and unfortunate families from the B40 Group, through Yayasan MRCB activities.

As the Yayasan Trustees, we will do whatever we can to provide the opportunity for those in need to achieve their full potential and improve their livelihood in the long term.”

Yayasan MRCB matched each Ringgit collected from the public via the Coin-Bank Donation Drive, which resulted in a total collection of RM50,000.

Datuk Shamrat Sen Gupta added, “Yayasan MRCB is currently organising a fundraising activity via a charity concert featuring Yannick Bovy, a popular Universal Music’s recording artiste, on 5 October 2019 at the Istana Budaya.

The net proceeds from the concert will be channelled to implement activities for the needy and the urban poor with limited resources. We encourage the public to contribute to this worthy cause”.
