Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd, one of Malaysia’s leading developers, has announced the launching of their second landed property development in Cyberjaya. Named Sejati Lakeside, this new project is to be launched in the month of October 2019. This project will be sited a mere 1.5 kilometres away from their first development in the neighbourhood, Sejati Residences. Sejati Lakeside will carry a GDV of RM570 million.

Sejati Lakeside will comprise of 3 phases, superlink and semi-D homes, and 418 units of double-story terrace houses. The first phase of Paramount Property Development’s Sejati Lakeside will consist of 130 units of terrace houses.

These homes will come with a minimum built-up of 2,546 sf on a land area of 22’ x 70’, and will carry a GDV of RM130 million. Built for space to house multigenerational families, every home in Phase 1 will house 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and carry a minimum launch price of RM928,000. It is slated for completion in the year 2021. The following two phases are expected to be launched by the year 2020.

Sejati Lakeside is the successor to Sejati Residences, which was very well received by the public back in 2011. Taking advantage of its location, the development embodies nature and a wellness lifestyle. Within the development is a 45-acre lake, complemented by a 2.2km jogging trail.

Sejati Residences had also comprised of 3 phases back then, and also had superlink and semi-D houses. They however also had courtyard villas and detached houses. And additionally, Sejati Residences also has a clubhouse – something which Sejati Lakeside will not have.

Buyers of Sejati Lakeside will, however, enjoy the 5 acres of land that has been set aside by Paramount Property Development for recreational purposes, that is to be filled with parks and wellness facilities that cater to all ages.

Some of the parks already revealed by the developer includes the Cardio Park and Bark Lawn, both of which have outdoor exercise equipment and a par course. And catering to entire families is the Eco Garden, an ideal spot for picnics amidst a fruit orchard and tropical spice garden. And adding to the mix are badminton and basketball courts for enthusiasts, an amphitheatre for communal activity, and a pets’ zone.

As mentioned above, the homes at Sejati Lakeside are ideal for multigenerational living. The forthcoming phases, such as the semi-Ds, will have bedrooms on the ground floor suitable for the elderly, which can otherwise be used as a guest room. And designed to maximise space, the kitchen area will consist of both wet and dry kitchens.

According to Paramount Property CEO Beh Chun Chong in an exclusive interview with EdgeProp, the design of the house emphasises on flexibility for the growing family. Owners will have the flexibility of renovating their homes, and even make extensions in the future, as the homes at Sejati Lakeside are non-strata titled.

Paramount Property Development Upcoming Projects

Paramount Property’s developments are not confined to just the central region, they extend to the northern regions as well. Coming up in Bukit Banyan within Sungai Petani, Kedah is Senni, a development of 100 units of double-story superlink houses sited within Paramount Property’s existing township.

These new homes will carry the signature spaciousness of homes offered by Paramount Property Development, with a minimum built-up of 2,572 sf built on 24’ x 75’ land areas. Senni will carry a GDV of RM44.22 million.

And over in Batu Kawan, Penang, Phase 3 of Utropolis, called Sinaran, will be launched. Utropolis is another successful project of Paramount Property Development. Carrying a GDV of RM567 million, Sinaran will be a mixed development of 982 units of serviced apartments, and 16 units of double-story shop offices.
