The number of sales has proven that there is a demand for quality freehold landed homes that come with great location and attractive prices. The 8 locations included in the campaign were City of Elmina, Negeri Sembilan, KL East, Kajang, Serenia City, Subang Jaya, Putra Heights, and Bandar Bukit Raja. As part of the campaign, these properties came with attractive rebates on both existing properties and new developments.
