Mah Sing Group’s new property development located off Jalan Kuchai Lama has finally been launched over the weekend on the 5th and 6th of October. Long awaited for by buyers, Phase 1 of about 200 units were fully sold out within the two days.

According to Mah Sing director of group strategy and operations Lionel Leong in a press release, buyers of M Oscar liked the project’s concept elements such as the grand lobby, 35 features and facilities, and most importantly, its strategic location.

It was also stated that the Mah Sing group felt very heartened by buyers’ feedback to the project. It was noted that the buyers especially liked what they saw in the show units, which the Mah Sing Group put a lot of thought into a practical layout and design.

M Oscar will comprise a high rise development with two towers and 4 different unit types. Buyers will be able to choose between 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and dual-key layout units. The built-up sizes will range between 708 sf and 1,198 sf, and carry a launch price of RM428,000.

M Oscar is a development that is strategically located just off Kuchai Lama. Its location is sited close to the matured neighbourhoods of Sri Petaling and Happy Garden. The Kuala Lumpur City Centre is only 13km away, while the popular Mid Valley Megamall is a mere 9km away.

Accessibility to M Oscar is very convenient via highways. Within a few kilometres of home is the Maju Expressway (MEX), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), SILK Highway, and New Pantai Expressway (NPE).

Getting to M Oscar via public transportation is also easy, as the upcoming Taman Naga Emas MRT2 station will be within walking distance at 800 metres. And adding on to the convenience, shuttle services will also be provided.

Following the successful launch of Phase 1, Mah Sing Group plans to launch another 200 units with an early bird rebate of 2%.
