Premium property developer NCT United Development Sdn Bhd is set to create another landmark in Salak Perdana, Sepang, Selangor. A wholly-owned subsidiary of the NCT Group of Companies, the developer has launched a new serviced apartment in the neighbourhood recently.

Acacia Residences will comprise a 36-storey tower, with a total of 478 units of homes. Sited on freehold and residential titled land, the serviced apartment will sit on 2.7 acres of land. Families with children will have use of a nursery and playground, and there will also be a launderette within the serviced apartment.

Ideally located within a matured neighbourhood, Acacia Residences will be surrounded by renowned institutions of education, as well as shopping malls, golf courses, and resorts. And ensuring convenient access to home, the development will be easily accessible via the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE). As for public transportation, the Express Rail Link (ERL) is only a short distance from Acacia Residences. And getting to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) will take only 15 minutes.

Set amidst a scenery of greeneries, Acacia Residences is part of the NCT Group effort to upgrade the Salak Perdana township. According to Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Sri Yap Ngan Choy, the Group is honoured to have been entrusted to reviving the Salak Perdana township, as it is an endorsement of their expertise and strong track record in prominent infrastructures within key areas of the city.

And having successfully rebranded the township in 2014, the NCT Group can now celebrate another milestone, having successfully redeveloped Salak Perdana within the allotted time frame.
