LBS Bina Group Berhad launched Melodi Perdana on 24th October 2019. Melodi Perdana will be sited in the LBS Alam Perdana township, and carry a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM562 million.

Melodi Perdana will comprise a development of 4 blocks, with a total of 1,520 units. Prices of these homes will start from RM359,900, and buyers will get to choose between 2- and 3-bedroom layouts. The average size of a unit stands at 901 sf.
