Head of Technical, Choo Set Yuen; Managing Director of USG Boral Drywall, Mr. Daron Cheah Chee Wah; General Manager of Assa Abloy Opening Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Francis Chang Vui Leong, and Project Manager of Archtron Research & Development Sdn Bhd, Scott Ng Say Ghee.

Said General Manager of Setia EcoHill, Koh Sooi Meng, “We hope that this Experience Lab would serve its intended purpose to equip buyers with knowledge on value-added features that are available in the market and gauge their response towards futuristic technologies before adapting them into other Setia developments. It is important to us that we understand the customers’ needs and preferences prior to project planning and development.”

Setia EcoHill is getting ready to unveil the final phase of terrace homes located by EcoHill Park – Heleena double-storey terrace homes. They will also be offering the Carnus double-storey terrace homes, which will come in two variants – Carnus 1 and Carnus 2. Featuring built-ups of between 1,772 sq ft and 1,873 sq ft, these homes will have land areas of 22’ x 70’. The houses will be built with an open floor layout, ensuring ample space for the family.

Both Heleena and Carnus are strategically located and are within a short distance of the Tenby International School EcoHill Park, Neighbourhood Recreational Lake Park, and a commercial hub. These two developments are also easily accessible via the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS), as well as the main trunk road of Jalan Semenyih.
