S P Setia Berhad’s KL Eco City (KLEC) has added another award to their list under the Office Category by FIABCI Malaysia at the prestigious Malaysia Property Award 2019. This marks the developer’s 12th FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards since the inception of the awards.
According to S P Setia Berhad president and chief executive officer (CEO) Dato’ Khor Chap Jen, “This FIABCI win positions S P Setia not only as a developer who builds quality homes that cater to the rapidly changing demands of the market, but also makes us leaders in creating developments that could introduce contemporary transformations to the existing landscape within the vicinity, whilst having the right amenities and infrastructure.”
Dato Khor further added that he would like to dedicate this win to his Team Setia at KLEC, as S P Setia Berhad KL Eco City (KLEC) would have been unable to achieve this feat without their hard work and commitment.

Winners of the Malaysia Property Award went through a strict judging process, by experts in the industry. Winners of the Malaysia Property Award automatically earn a ticket to the FIABCI World Congress and will get to compete against international projects at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards on a later date.
