BSP21 made its way to Malaysia Book of Records with its total of 103 lifestyle facilities. The award-winning township developer, LBS Bina, has entered the Malaysia Book of Records with BSP21. The BSP21 township is home to over 103 facilities and is now recorded in the Malaysia Book of Records as the ‘Most Number of Facilities in a Residential Development’ in Malaysia.

Celebrating this new historic milestone with glory, the township further enjoys a double celebration by being completed well ahead of schedule.

BSP21 comprises of 2,602 units that are spread out over 10 blocks of 18- and 27-storey apartments. These homes sit atop 3 podiums and are connected via sky bridges and green spaces.

The certificate presentation ceremony was witnessed by YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, Menteri Besar Selangor, Tan Sri Danny Ooi, Founder and Advisor of Malaysia Book of Records, Christopher Wong, Chief Operating Officer of Malaysia Book of Records and Tan Sri Lim Hock San, Group Managing Director of LBS Bina Group Berhad.

The event was also attended by YB Dato' Mohd Amin bin Ahmad Ahya, Selangor State Secretary, Soffan Affendi bin Aminudin, Chief Operation Officer of Menteri Besar Incorporated, Mohd Helmi bin Mohd Yusof, Chief Financial Officer of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad and Tuan Mohd Jusni bin Hashim, Kuala Langat District Officer.

Families and residents of BSP21 will have the use of the ‘Tree House Pavilion’, and elderly health enthusiasts have an ‘Outdoor Silver Station’ that has been specifically designed to promote healthy-living activities among the elderly residents.

And securing the residents’ safety, the area is secured with a 3-tier security system, CCTV monitored lifts and lobbies, and the parking lots equipped with panic buttons.

BSP21 was first launched in 2014. The development spans 21 acres in LBS Bina’s flagship township of Bandar Saujana Putra township (BSP) in Selangor and carries a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM1.4 billion.

The project enjoys convenient access to several highways, including the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Maju Expressway (MEX), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP).

It was also recently announced by the Selangor Menteri Besar, Tuan Amiruddin Shari, during a visit to Bandar Saujana Putra, that the construction of a new flyover at the BSP roundabout will connect SKVE to ELITE. This project by LBS is expected to promote smoother traffic flow and is slated for completion in 2021.

Residents of BSP21 will enjoy the further convenience of being surrounded by the amenities of a matured neighbourhood.
