S P Setia celebrated a prosperous CNY with over 300 visitors at their Setia Warisan Tropika development in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi last Sunday. The event was also attended by the Senior Executive Vice-President of S P Setia, Datuk Koe Peng Kang.

S P Setia took the opportunity of introducing their new freehold township development during the celebrations. The new township will be sized at 129.93 acres and carry an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM1 billion.

According to Datuk Koe, the township will be a Rumah Selangorku scheme with 692 units of double-storey linked houses, 406 townhouses, and 257 units of apartments. There will also be a commercial project within the township to cater to the needs of the residents.

Phase 1 of the project - Belladona was unveiled in 2019, comprising 187 units of linked houses within a gated and guarded community. These homes range in size between 1,907 sq ft and 2,108 sq ft, with prices starting from RM550,000. Seventy of the 187 units come with a flexi layout option, where the buyers are able to customise the design of the layout.

Buyers of the Phase 1 homes will have the added advantage of having their own exclusive clubhouse. Some of the facilities available within the 1-acre clubhouse is an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a basketball court, futsal court, and an event hall.

Setia Warisan Tropika is a strategically located project, within walking distance of the Salak Tinggi ERL Station. It was further noted by Datuk Koe that the township of Bandar Baru Salak Selatan has much potential due to its strategic location and proximity to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), KLIA2, Mitsui Outlet Park, and Xiamen University Malaysia.

The upcoming phases of the township are still in the pipelines.
