What will be the expected impact on the rental yields and prices for the different residential, commercial and industrial sectors in 2020 towards 2021 after the MCO and why?

  I just watched the MIEA Hope webinar today and both the experienced real estate agents concur that rental activities will be sustained as many prospect buyers may not want to buy but rent instead. And when prices do drop substantially then the rental yield will be better.
