The Quality Assessment System for Building Construction Works (QLASSIC) is an independent method to assess and evaluate the quality of workmanship of building projects based on Construction Industry Standard (CIS). A high QLASSIC score indicates a higher quality of workmanship and that a building is better constructed. Currently, the practice is entirely voluntary.
