The Spotlight 8 Year 2020 campaign by Sime Darby Property achieves yet another triumphant milestone with Serenia Ariya's landed homes in Serenia City, Sepang. During the property’s launch from August 29 to 31 2020, all 202 units of Serenia Ariya Phase 1 and Phase 2 homes were sold.

The overwhelming response marks a strong demand for the freehold landed residential homes of Sime Darby Property in the Greater Klang Valley area, following encouraging take-ups of two other new launches under the Spotlight 8. Featuring New Launches and Superdeals on properties across different major townships, the campaign provides maximum discounts and excellent deals on selected products every weekend until 27 September, on top of the attractive incentives offered by the Home Ownership Program (HOC) 2020.

Serenia Ariya is Serenia City's fourth residential phase, a township dubbed the KLIA Garden City. It offers spacious Tudor-inspired double-storey linked homes with three thoughtfully designed layouts to suit the curated lifestyle of each family, from young couples to multi-generational families.
