Type D, on the other hand, would have the same land size of 20' x 60' but a larger built-up size of 1,769 sf with 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms, Type D will have a total of 121 units.

“We expected Starling to be well received, but to be greeted with such overwhelming positive response from homebuyers surprised us considering the recent situation, but we certainly have done everything we can to help them embrace upcoming challenges, including prioritizing product innovation, devising strategic campaigns and ultimately understanding what homebuyers truly need right now,” said Mr. Chai Kian Soon, Senior General Manager of Bandar Rimbayu.
