LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) yesterday unveiled the fourth phase of affordable landed housing, Ritma Perdana. Built within a gated and guarded community, the project has a gross development value of RM611 million. Having received encouraging take-up rate for the previous phases within LBS Alam Perdana, this has prompted LBS Bina Group to launch another phase for buyers.
